So I finally found a way to have strawberries! Gotta be honest, I enjoyed drinking every last drop. I didn't measure exactly, since I didn't expect it to be that good. To me, it was like a healthy, ice-cream free milkshake!
4-5 strawberries, stems cut out
375 ml milk
3 tbsp vanilla yogurt
1/2 tbsp sugar
(and a little strawberry or vanilla protein powder if you want)
Process (this is the easiest thing ever):
1. put everything in a blender (I use my magic bullet)
2. strain it if you don't like or can't have seeds.
I was feeling red this morning, so I ate a tomato sandwich with it.
3. drink!!
