Chicken and raspberry wrap

(c/uc friendly if you can have lettuce, if not, skip that, it's just for the crunch!)
You'll need:
A chicken breast
Sweeter teriyaki sauce
Raspberry vinaigrette or jam (c/uc sufferers use seedless jam, or strain the vinaigrette)
Lettuce (washed)
Feta cheese
White tortilla(s)


1. Grill the chicken breast whole brushed with a very thin layer of teriyaki sauce or cut it in strips and cook it in a frying pan brushed with watered down teriyaki sauce.
2. if you grilled the breast whole cut into strips when it's done, if you used the frying pan skip this.
3. lay your tortilla out on a cutting board or plate. if you're using jam spread a thin layer of it in the middle two quarters of the tortilla and cover it with a few pieces of lettuce. if you're using vinaigrette lay your lettuce down first...
- then crumble your feta over the lettuce (and, if you're using vinaigrette, this is when you sprinkle how much you want into the wrap)
4. Lay the strips of chicken on top of everything
5. wrap your tortilla. (fold bottom up and "tuck" one side underneath the lettuce and then wrap the other side around it. i like to put a toothpick in the middle to keep it together.)
