So this is another SUPER easy recipe, I usually do it when I have chicken breasts that need to be used.
You'll need:
A can of cream of mushroom soup
Rice (as much as you want)
Chicken breasts
Garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
1. Get some water in a pot and let it boil
2. Make the soup according to the directions on the can, if you're doing it over the stove cook it for a little bit longer so it thickens up.
3. Once your water is boiling put the rice in, set the timer for how long the package says it takes to cook
4. Cut the chicken into cubes and cook it in a frying pan, seasoning it with with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
5. Wait for everything to be done..
6. Plate it! A generous pile of rice, chicken on top of that, and as many spoonfuls of the soup as you want.
This is a comfort food for me now, and it's super duper easy.
